Situated close to the centre of Mawnan Smith village, this modern style house consists of an open plan lounge/dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC.

Outside is a balcony surrounding the lounge and overlooking a secluded garden with rotary clothes line, and a drive with parking space for car.

Mawnan Smith is an attractive Cornish village a mile from the sea at the mouth of the beautiful Helford River. It offers a traditional thatched inn, a Spanish restaurant and a variety of shops including a general store, a post office and a coffee shop with Internet access.

Duvets and bed linen provided.

Please provide own towels and tea-towels.

Hot water by electric immersion heater.

Central heating by arrangement.
